Who I support

I work with teens, college students, and adults who are navigating:

  • Anorexia Nervosa (AN)
  • Bulimia Nervosa (BN)
  • Binge Eating Disorder (BED)
  • Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
  • Orthorexia
  • Disordered eating that doesn’t fit neatly into a diagnosis

Whether you're newly diagnosed, in long-term recovery, or unsure where you fit—this space is for you.

My Approach

Recovery is not about control—it’s about freedom.
I offer a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, non-diet approach rooted in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® (HAES). My work is collaborative and individualized, meeting you where you are.

Together we’ll focus on:

  • Honoring hunger and fullness cues
  • Reducing food fear and guilt
  • Improving body trust
  • Gentle nutrition, when appropriate
  • Supporting overall emotional and physical well-being

I also coordinate with your treatment team (therapist, doctor, psychiatrist) as needed to ensure integrated care.

What to Expect

In our sessions, we’ll create a supportive plan based on your unique needs. This may include:

  • Exploring your food story and body beliefs
  • Meal support or gentle structure
  • Tools to navigate urges and food rules
  • Building mindfulness and coping skills
  • Identifying deeper emotional needs and self-care patterns

Recovery is not linear, and that’s okay. I’ll be here through the ups and downs.
